Assistant Imports

This is a position for the Operational Excellence team in Brazil employee to liaise with the UWL do Brazil office and UWL Inc. office. This person will be responsible for assisting the US Imports/Exports team operationally, handling shipments and providing the customers with better solution for their logistical needs, aiming for customer satisfaction and services agility for UWL, Inc.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Open Shipments if applicable. Review and Update opened files according to the documents if applicable. Operates day-to-day tasks within a workflow. Communicates with operations, carriers, agents. Operates tracking & tracing and troubleshoot Rail gate in and gate out.

Requisitos e qualificações

Advanced Level in English. Detail oriented. Efficiency in time management. Openness to receiving feedback. Studying or graduated in university courses related to Foreign Trade, logistics or International Relations. Requisitos desejáveis: The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-focused, and comfortable working in a routine-driven environment. This role involves performing similar tasks on a daily basis, requiring strong consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
