Pricing Analyst Pleno - Imports

The pleno analyst is responsible for qualifying shipment requests, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and managing data entry and document issuance. They support Sales teams by preparing quotations, maintaining rate structures, and managing key accounts. Effective communication, proactive problem-solving, and independent decision-making are essential. The role includes generating and reviewing reports, proposing strategic actions based on market insights, and contributing to UWL direct contracts.

Additionally, the analyst ensures timely task execution, manages mailboxes, and provides support and backup for team members.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

• Qualifies opportunities to determine validity of shipment request. • Coordinates client needs and requests with internal stakeholders. • Input data and emit documents through the customer and UWL’s system. • Send quotations to prospects and customers. • Direct support to Sales/GAT teams. • Management of rates for ongoing clients on bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis if applicable. • Communicate with agents, customers, and operations proactively. • Problem solving independently. • Work independently. • Timely action on the demands, respecting the requirements of each activity. • Manage high volume and importance accounts if applicable. • Collect targets and rate feedbacks proactively from clients and partners if applicable. • Share feedback to the costs shared by partners.

Requisitos e qualificações

Advanced English Level; Currently pursuing or holding a degree in International Trade, Logistics, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field; Experience in International Trade and Freight Forwarding, with experience in Pricing.
