Product Manager

We are looking for a strategic, growth-oriented Product Manager to lead the development and market expansion of our line of wire rope suspension and tensioning solutions. Our solutions replace traditional methods, such as threaded rods and manual knots, with fast, safe, and highly efficient self-locking mechanical systems. Responsabilidades e atribuições

Build and strengthen strategic relationships with customers, draftsman, installers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the construction, industrial installation, and agribusiness sectors. Provide technical and commercial support for projects, specifications, proposals, and negotiations, promoting wire rope suspension and tensioning solutions.

Support the development of the most suitable technical solutions, focusing on fast, safe, and efficient self-locking mechanical systems tailored to the needs of each project and application. Support and develop the sales team through training programs, technical materials, case studies, and sales playbooks, strengthening their knowledge of the solutions and their applications.

Manage the national sales pipeline, targets, margins, KPIs, and business unit results, driving the sustainable growth of the solutions in the market. Monitor market trends and competitors, and identify new business opportunities, segments, strategic customers, and projects to expand market presence and increase market share.

Requisitos e qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in B2B business development, consultative sales, and technical specification. Knowledge of industrial projects and fastening, support, or suspension systems. Experience building relationships with installation contractors and engineering companies. Availability to travel national and internationally. Requisitos desejáveis: Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
