In Brazil, the company operates with a lean structure, offering a dynamic and hands-on environment, where professionals have high exposure and close interaction with international stakeholders Descrição: Preparation and submission of financial reports, including FRP, P&L, monthly and 3-month projected Cash Flow, and monthly Cash Position Preparation, calculation, and filing of local taxes Submission of fiscal information and follow-up on tax and regulatory requirements Preparation of Payment Requests (internal report detailing all monthly payments) Recording of costs, expenses, and payments in Dynamics (or similar ERP systems) Management and control of reimbursements Accounts Payable administration Monthly bank reconciliations Financial analysis and recommendations to optimize investments Preparation of monthly financial statements and reports for management and third parties Negotiation and relationship management with banks Supervision and oversight of the junior accountant's tasks Ensure compliance with local financial and tax regulations, particularly within the telecommunications services sector Perfil desejável: CRC Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role Proven leadership experience managing finance teams Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, and local tax regulations Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems Knowledge of telecommunications service taxes is highly preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude English is preferred Stable career path (no frequent job changes) O que está sendo ofertado: Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil (on-site presence required 4 days per week, 1 day remote) Type: Independent contractor (PJ) 12 invoices a year Monthly compensation: R$16,000 - R$18,000 Parking available at the office Health insurance reimbursement of up to R$1,600/month after 6 months
