As a Professional Customer Support - Casual Hours you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, resolving customer enquiries, and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Local São Paulo - SP Hybrid work model (80% on-site | 20% remote).

Responsabilidades

Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers across multiple channels. Handle customer enquiries with confidence, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset under pressure. Maintain a professional and engaging phone manner to deliver great customer experiences. Manage competing priorities and stay highly organised in a fast-paced environment. Work collaboratively with a supportive team to elevate everyday service standards and team culture.

Requisitos

Proven experience successfully interacting with both internal and external customers. Strong communication skills with a confident, polite, and professional telephone manner. Excellent time-management abilities to juggle multiple priorities effectively. A composed, calm, and positive can-do attitude when managing challenging situations. Flexibility to work during school hours with full availability to work through school holidays.
