Junior International Buyer Analyst

Fluent English Responsible for purchasing for customers located in the United States Sobre nosso cliente: Multinational pharmaceutical company Descrição *Execute domestic and international procurement of raw materials, APIs, excipients, and packaging materials *Create and manage purchase orders (POs) in ERP systems (D365 or similar) *Perform continuous order follow-up (confirmations, lead times, deliveries, and invoicing) *Work in alignment with demand planning and production *Maintain operational relationships with approved suppliers *Conduct RFQs, comparative analyses, and support negotiations *Monitor import and export logistics processes *Ensure correct application of Incoterms and contractual terms *Track supplier performance (OTIF, lead times, and deviations) *Ensure correct application of prices and active contracts *Support cost reduction initiatives (savings) *Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, cGMP) *Support supplier qualification and documentation processes *Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in ERP systems *Support procurement reporting, including spend, savings, and KPIs *Use analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, AI) to support decision-making *Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Planning, Logistics, Quality, Finance, and International Operations Perfil desejável *Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize (high volume of demands) *Analytical and data-driven mindset *Attention to detail and disciplined follow-up *Flexibility and adaptability to change *Curiosity and eagerness to learn *Collaborative mindset and teamwork orientation *Humility to teach and learn *Strong communication skills in a multicultural environment *Autonomy, accountability, and transparency *Ability to operatein process-building and evolving environments O que está sendo ofertado: CLT
